A perfect combination of the vacuum tube and the heat pipe.

1. Higher heat efficinecy: advanced heat transfer pipe.
2. Wide applicable operational range: it can be started quickly even on cloudy days and collect heat effectively. It can work normally even -30 &176; C. As there is no water in the vacuum there is a reduced risk of frost cracking or scaling.
3. Modular design. Each individual tube works independently and the whole device still works even if an individual pipe is damaged. The service life of a heat pipe is longer than 15 years.
4. The unique connection between the heat pipe and the vacuum tube ensures both the sealing and replacement of damaged glass vacuum tubes.

Description

The selective coating on the inner cover of the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes using aluminium fins. The liquid in the heat pipes changes into vapour, which rises to the condensor. The heat then passes through the heat exchanger and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe. The heat conducts to the heat transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water) via a copper pipe. This transference of heat into liquid creates a continous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.
